The Humane Society of Harris County is hosting our annual fundraiser "Sporting Clays for Shelter Strays" at Big Red Oak Plantation in Gay, Georgia, on September 13, 2024. The primary goals of the Sporting Clays for Shelter Strays fundraiser are to raise awareness about the Humane Society of Harris County’s mission, generate funds to support the services we offer, and create an entertaining community event that brings people together. We aim to attract participants from across the county and beyond, including both new faces and loyal supporters of our cause. The day will be filled with clay shooting competitions and side games along with awards given out for team and individual accomplishments. There will be raffles to win fantastic prizes donated by generous contributors.
